Healing FacilitatorSome people refer to me as a health and wellness coach, but I am a holistic health facilitator. As a facilitator, I use a wide variety of therapeutic tools and techniques to let the client experience more of who they are, to reset their stories, and help them live closer to where their hearts want to be.
Biography and Healing Journey I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Teacher and practitioner of C.O.R.E. counseling, and adjunct faculty at Springfield College. My work as a healer began as a patient, as I responded to my own illness and hard experiences by setting out on a spiritual quest that took me deep into various body work modalities, and then into techniques for fostering psychological and spiritual health. I have healed myself following cancer treatment, and I have witnessed profound transformations in my clients, once they realize what they are capable of, when we harness our bodies and minds. I have trained at the Light Institute in Galisteo, NM, studied craniosacral therapy at The Upledger Institute Europe in the Netherlands; and studied massage therapy at the New Mexico Academy for Healing Arts. I have lived in the U.S. since 1991, and completed a Doctorate in the C.O.R.E counseling methodology, from the American Society of Alternative Therapists, in 2008. I currently teach at The Massage School in Hadley and at Ganesha Institute and have served as the Director of Continuing Education at Cortiva Institute, both their Boston and Hoboken locations. I care for clients at The Healing Coop, Inc and I have written and delivered a wide range of continuing educating courses for massage therapists. I serve as a board member at Cancer Connection, have been member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Massage Therapy. |
